Received word of this less than an hour ago. During the time of my recent departure from the internet action was taken on my behalf against a <.net>..................the <.net> just SETTLED!!! there was a privacy issue involded. all in all this wont have cost me a penny........ at this time it would not be wise of me to discuss this matter indepth. there may be other actions taken later. snowman
Thank you much.....rest assured this one was for everyone in the security community and every person who uses the internet. was advised not to reveal terms or names..........

** NOTE: LAST COMMENT ** after careful thought.....the following will result. (1) Nine (9) computers will be donated to a small town charter school that lacked a computer lab (2) One (1) computer will be given to a "shut-in" all being done anonymously No personal gain will come of this settlement This is the second settlement of this type in the past three years.......also, a very large class action was taken against a combination of several snake companies for stock fraud.........bet they never expected that one..... Hope these results meet with the approval of members of the security community. There will be no further comments made on this topic by me for obvious reasons.
Congrats are in order, snowman! I vividly do remember you donating for a good cause some years ago: I sincerely applauded you for doing so - and do applaud you once more! regards. paul
