    Hi, running win / x64 sp1

    since I have installed the latest Win updates a couple of days ago I am experiencing VERY slow shutdowns, 1-2 minutes each vs 10-20 secs before.

    I have also updated Avira pro to 12.0.0.871 in the same timeframe.

    How can I find out what process is taking so long, and debug it? Nothing show up in the error logs

    thanks!

    Found the culprit, it is due to Wuala (cloud backup) not closing properly - I found on the support forum there is already a ticket open.

    Cudni and cozumel, thanks for your replies.

    In case somebody else runs into a comparable problem, here are the steps I followed to identify the problem:
    1. Event Viewer -> Application logs -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Diag-Performance
    2. identified Event ID 200_Windows Diagnostics Performance
    3. followed these steps
