I say, "sorry" as I know this has been discussed, but after reading the threads, I'm still a little unsure. I think, then, that there really needs to be a well written, clear response to these questions from Prevx. Anyway, tell me if I have this right: Safe Online (Facebook Version): 1) Same as full version of Safe Online offered by prevx.com. 2) Same engine as Prevx 3.0. 3) No real-time protection OTHER than for what it was designed for. 4) However, performing a manual scan will detect the full range of threats that the full version of Prevx 3.0 would. 5) Removal of any detected infections is only available in paid version of Prevx 3.0. So, bottom line, then is that by running a manual scan with SOL (FB) I am, for all intents and purposes, benefiting from the same level of detection offered in the full version. Adding the full version gives me real-time protection for all threats and guaranteed removal of those threats. Do I have that right? I'm using the facebook version right now, and I'm liking it, so I'm thinking about getting the full version to add real-time protection and a backup to my other AV. Thanks!
