Verify License?

    Hello;
    I did a reinstall of my Win.10,and when I reinstalled Spyware Blaster,and click on     Automatic Updating,I get a error 13A.

    This is what I see:
    License Verification Error: 13A
    Request Code: <long string>


    Can someone help me out please?
