    Hello Anti-Norton,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please create a sysinfo.txt (as described at https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317 ) and send it to support@acronis.com along with the detailed description of your problem, also please let us know your OS and the build number of the product. We will certainly help you with the solution.

Addition: Acronis True Image 7.0 doesn't support your SATA controller since it is rather obsolete version. However new Acronis True Image 8.0 does support this controller. If you have Acronis true Image 8.0 and it doesn't see SATA controllers, please follow the above instructions.

    Thank you.

    Hello Anti-Norton,

Please note that Acronis True Image 7.0 is an old version and doesn't support SATA drives. You may purchase upgrade to Acronis True Image at our on-line store. Acronis True Image 8.0 does support SATA disks. If you are not sure whether it works with your particular hardware you may download free trial version of Acronis True Image 8.0 from our site, create Acronis Bootable CD and boot with to see whether your drive is recognized correctly.

    Thank you.
