Using True Image Home 2009

    Please Help - How to Set credentials

    Hello and thanks for you time,

    I'm trying to do a backup of a local xp-pro computers Drives C: & D:.
    Also I need to backup to folders on a NETWARE server. I can see the folders
    no problem here.

    After I select C: And D: and the netware folders I get a popup window which says:
    =============================================================
    You have selected remote resource and have not specified credentials for it.
    Do you want to continue?

    In the case when credentials are really required backup task might failed.
    Note: In order to specify username\password for this resource select it and click.
    Set credentials button on the toolbar.
    ==============================================================

    Set credentials button on the toolbar?

    Where is it I don't see it o_O

    How can I fix this problem.

    Please advise!

    P.S. Then user does have admin rights..

    Hello Jim,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis True Image Home!

    When you select the shared folder on the network, "Set credentials" button appears on the toolbar. Please see attached screenshot where it is encircled.
