USERNAME PWD ERROR

    Hi i got a business edition with 25 users just yday when i install (standard install) and provide the lic details it says invalid username and pwd during update. i have sent a mail to cuatomer care. anyway i havent faced these teething issues with symantec all these years.

    Please PM me your username so that I can check your license. Make sure that you have entered both the username and password to the update setup exactly as they appear in the registration email as both are case sensitive.

    now i tried manual update again it seems to work dont know if something was done.This i did manually on a machine.Let me try a remote install on another machine.

    will keep all informed.
