Username & Password

    Hi,
    I have migrated from Nod32 to Smart Security.
    On installation, I have used the new Username and Password to activate the product.

    I have had Smart Security on my computer for less than 24 hours, in which time, it has rejected both Username and Password on 4 occasions. Each time this occurs, I have to copy and paste this information - and reboot in order to become operational.
    As I type this, the Smart Security icon has again turned red in the notification area.

    Any suggestions?
