Username/Password works for 32-bit ESS download, but not for 64-bit ESS?

    Hi all!

    First time poster.

    I just purchased a 2-user/2-year license of ESS from ESET and am unable to use the provided username/password to download the 64-bit version of Smart Security. The 32-bit download was fine. Any ideas? o_O

    Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hmm, perhaps I misunderstood the instructions I received over the phone.

    My confirmation email included a link that appears to point to the Business Edition version of Smart Security 64-bit. I then recalled from the phone conversation with my salesman that I needed to download the 64-bit version via a separate link on the ESET website, which I located for the non-Business Edition version, and this time the username/password succeeded.

    Guess I'll just chalk it up to the combination of my ignorance and their misleading email. :p
