username and password error

  1. G'day,

    I'm using True Image v.774 and I managed to create a full backup of my systems but when I try to run an incremental backup now it will not allow me to do so as I get the username and password to the remote location is incorrect. I've tried using and making sure that the account that I'm using has all the proper permissions....

    I'm dumping the files to a network share that this user has full control of.

    Any thoughts.....

    Use the Search feature of this Forum, entering "username" (without the quotes) into the Key Word field. You'll find lots of posts/suggestions.
