I just reinstall NOD and it keeps telling me it`s the wrong name and password. It`s the one I`ve always used and it`s put in properly...so what`s the problem now?

if you are entering it when prompted for username/password at an update, this is used once, and then the username and password that is in the control center is reverted to for future updates. This allows techs to get a machine up to date while awaiting the client's "real" username and password.

Make sure you open the control center, then click the update tab, then Setup button, and enter the username and password there - once entered there, the username and password are stored for future use.
