User login on network image

Hi,
I have a problem with acronis on a network PC. I wanted to save the image by using a task on a network drive. If I build the image without a task it is no problem. But when the task starts (every day at 1pm) the PC stops and nothing is going on. I figured out that the problem is the user which is logged in the PC. It only works when the admin is logged in. But I want the task to be done when anyone else is also logged it.
What do I have to do?

Please update your copy of Acronis True Image 8.0 to the 826 build. In order to get access to updates you should register account on our site (or just log in if you have already created it) and then register your copy of the product.

If the problem remains, please make the following test: run the same task to create image on the local drive, and let us know the result of the test when the admin is not logged in.
