It's hard to beat YUMI for operational simplicity and versatility. It has loaded and run every iso I've 'thrown at it' (I now have 16 working iso's on my YUMI UFD). :thumb:

I´ve tried YUMI occasionally. The problems I´ve found:

    Apparently not compatible with UEFI.
If I add a Linux ISO after several WinPEs, the Linux appears on the boot menu, but when I select it to load, an error appears.

Besides, the interface reminds me of Windows XP, it looks "old" to me.

Is this only for Linux bootables?

Just MBR and Windows here, so YUMI works a treat for me (and I don't have a problem with the 'XP look')! ;)

    yes it is
it's for windows , the installers ask you name and serial and zimezone , after it creates an iso based on OpenSuse 13
when i boot from cd , it boots on OpenSuse 13 ambient

I used the Boot Disk Wizard to create a USB flash drive. Demo version.
It booted but none of the language options worked. A failure.

Easy2Boot supports MBR booting from the Boot Disk 10 ISO (though you do need to extract a few small files to the root of the USB drive).
It also supports UEFI booting if you make a .imgPTN file from the ISO.
Literally 100's of different ISOs/payloads are listed here as working.

It's a great tool , but users should be aware that if they download and use the latest version they will
not be able to add further distros to a flash drive that already has distros from earlier versions of YUMI.
The inclusion of Syslinux 6.03 in 1.9.6.5 is the reason ( I think )

Has anyone tested the 'UEFI YUMI version'?
