US, UK, and other governments asks tech companies to build backdoors into encrypted devices

    To recap, what we are seeing here is the usual saber-rattling by governments, and let me mention, that these requests are directed at tech companies directly by a certain group of radicals in government.

    Tech companies are certain not to comply, and there is no threat of this actually getting through the legislative bodies of any of those countrie's governments. Based on the research I have done, this is so little of a threat, that the EFF is not paying much attention to it, and that should tell you something. Don't hold your breadth because backdoors are CERTAIN NOT to come to encryption any time soon. If and when they do, we as society already have the answers to them. The consequences of backdoors would be devastating, to jobs, business, security, and society in general.
