US Reseller

    I have 5 days before my enterprise license expires. I faxed my info back to our reseller over three weeks ago. I've waited for a response from them after many messages.

    I like the product (NOD32) but this lack of response by the reseller is absurd.

    HELP....

    I would suggest you contact ESET's sales department at +1 (866) 343-3738 and ask to speak with a channel manager for your region. If there is an issue with your reseller they can assist you in selecting a new one.
