Urgent Question

    I can't update my windows security since going with Eset 5.2 - my password won't work when i go into advanced options in order to select do not use https. In an urgent attempt to get help I called an eset number 877 540-0107 that showed up under Eset support products on google. I allowed remote access. This was only a company who supports eset and not eset which I ddin't know til i hung up. I'm so SCARED right now. Am i totally screwed? How to i know if they are legit. Oh please help me. I not only am scared about that but now i can't update windows and enjoy my computer.

    did i call a BAD number where i hurt my privacy?

    If you gave a credit card to the other company, you may wish to contact your bank and alert them to what happened.
