Urgent Help for updating Smart security

    Hi Dear friends
    I have to update my Smart security via proxy. But after I set proxt setting ( as I did in ver2.7.39) , I can not download and bellow error appear. can you help me please?

    Contact the Support Dept so that they can see your settings and configuration.

    Open the GUI -> Help -> Contact Customer Care
