Upgrading True Image

    I have version 9, build 2302 for Windows.
    I can not seem to upgrade the the build to either 2323 or 2337. The install process goes ok and completes without any erros. However, when I run TU and click on "About" it still shows version 2302.

    Well known bad coding problem. Uninstall the old version first and then install the new version upgrade. The upgrade file is a full version so none of the old files are needed.

    Also had this problem today going from 2289 to 2337. I uninstalled the product, then reinstalled. During reinstall, had to enter by reg. key again but other than that, settings, etc, were preserved.

    So the scheduled backups were preserved?
