upgrading nod32 antivirus

    i have asked for upgrading my nod 32 antivirus to eset smart security using my credit card and its been 24 hours now since i send my request and i havent receive my username and password can someone help me on this issue

    Did you purchase your upgrade license from Eset directly, or from a reseller?

    you don't say what website you used - if it was a reseller, contact that reseller - if it's Eset directly - contact Eset... I am afraid that's the only advice that's going to work.

    Common problems:
    1. upgrade is for different number of licensed computers - that causes a failure
    2. username/password issues

    i have purchased it directly from eset and i contacted them by email and still i have not received anything
