I currently have NOD32 version 2.7 installed on my computers, configured to update from a local mirror which is maintained by RA version running on my 2003 server. If my users elect to upgrade through the "End Of Life Pop-Up Window" will all of the proper procedures take place? I.e. will 2.7 be uninstalled and will the link to the mirror be configured correctly in the new version.

As far as I know, the process is this:
    1. The user receives the upgrade reminder 2.7 pop-up notification.
    2. Business users click "I am a business user".
    3. The user is directed to the 2.7 End of Life webpage:
    4. For users installing/upgrading to servers, we recommend contacting Customer Care or your Partner, distributor or local ESET office.

For non-server installations, the user can manually upgrade themselves following the recommended process in the following Knowledgebase article:
Since this is a manual upgrade process, all settings will need to be configured as per a typical installation.
