When trying to update using 'Update Now', it is asking to enter user name and password in box provided, user name and password is already entered. In under setup in location the user name and password is already setup.

the username/password is likely expired. if u think its still valid, try reentering teh username/password, being careful not to make any mistakes.

Post number 62 HERE explains where the UN and PW must be entered, it can not go in the popup box.

I would also suggest a run through of THIS THREAD to check your settings.

Let us know how you go...

    Cheers :D

    Thanks for Help, Lads
I was sent 2 L/N's instead of 1, Eset had canelled the wrong one I was using, so that the old L/n & P/w had expired, if only just a few days of installing. Now after putting the other L/n & P/w is working o.k.
