Updating to 2337

    Hi Currently have Acronis9.0 >help>about = 2302

    Downloaded build 2337 installed over 2302 >succeeded>still says 2302.

    How do I upgrade so that help>about shows correct build?

    Yes I did reboot & build still equals 2302

    Rico,

    With the last two builds of TI9, installing over previous builds doesn't work. Therefore uninstall what you have now (could be a mix between 2302 and 2337), reboot, and perform a fresh install of build 2337.

    Burn a new Rescue CD from the fresh install of 2337.

    Thanks! It worked like a charm! Hmm I must have missed that memo regarding updating. Also made a new boot disk for build 2337.
