updating and activation

    Don't get me wrong as I am an avid fan of ESET SS.
    I was helping a friend renew her license on line for another two years. I have tons of experience and spent at least an hour trying to update her license and NEVER could get it activated. This should be a 5 minute job!
    When you all get a spare moment couldn't something be done about the renewal process to either fix it or make it simpler.
    Novices on your site would just go somewhere else.
    Her method of updating does NOT have a Serial # and we did
    not know what the site was asking for!
    Hope this is taken constructively as that is my intention...

    We definitely appreciate feedback on all the processes on our website. I will forward your comments to the appropriate department.

    If you could send me (in a PM) the "method of updating" and information about what your friend was renewing (if not a serial #, then what), that will help us address the issues in the renewal process for all of our users.
