Updates of Antvirus and Antispyware scanner module

    When the Antivirus and Antispyware scanner module is updated, what benefits do we get ?

    Is it an update for heuristic or generic detections, or just some tweaking of the engine to improve scanning speed ?

    Recently we've added translation of certain support case types, hence the update of the module.

    I dont understand what this means : "Certain support case types"
    What does it just refer to ? Please give an example.
