Hi Claire, Could you please us with a screen shot? Question: how long have you been trialing NOD32 v2? regards. paul
Hi Paul, Thanks for trying to help.I trial Nod v2 ince 28/6/2003 Sorry to ask such a dumb question but how can I make a screenshot?I don't have any software for it(I think)
Thanks for the info. No dumb questions - just silly answers . Very good and freeware: ScreenHunter. regards. paul
When I try to do a print screen I receive an answer "file too large" so I cannot get the full pic with the right screen Thanks for your help and patience Paul.I won't bother you further and look for an other AV unless you know a place were I can download version 1.
You will be able to resize it/turn it into a .gif file using the freeware IrfanView niftey app. Comes in handy anyway Claire, hold your horses you still can grab a copy from V1 from our downloads page. Make sure to get rid of all existing V2 remnants before installing. Then again: why not installing IrfanView, posting a resized .gif screen shot, and let's see if we can tackle your problem? regards. paul
Hi Paul, Must have been a bug because when I opened NOD32 this morning The update now button was available Thanks anyway for your help and as I PMed you all my apologies. Thanks for the links to Screenhunter and Irfanviews.
That's good news My pleasure - and as said before: no need to apologize at all Nice and useful free little apps they are! regards. paul
