    Hi Pieter,

Thanks for trying to help.I am running a trial version.
Whan I click on update I have only on the right part

    I have only:Automatic update(automaticaly checked)
    Under:

    and under:
    Setup

Nothing that looks like your print screen and nowhere to find a command update now or so

    Hi Claire,

I never trialled, so I don´t know if this is something that is missing in the trial version, but I get the righthand-screen when I leftclick the word update in the lefthand-screen.

    Regards,

    Pieter

You will be able to resize it/turn it into a .gif file using the freeware IrfanView niftey app. Comes in handy anyway ;)

Claire, hold your horses :) you still can grab a copy from V1 from our downloads page. Make sure to get rid of all existing V2 remnants before installing.

Then again: why not installing IrfanView, posting a resized .gif screen shot, and let's see if we can tackle your problem?

    regards.
