    Hi All

Below is a rule I just created and tested for allowing Windows to update time via time.windows.com.

The most difficult part was figuring out the IP address, I finally found it in the blocked log after several failed attempts updating time.

    Here is the rule:
    Description
    Update Time

    Rule
    Allow UDP Incoming

    Local IP
    Any

    Local Port
    123

    Remote IP
    207.46.130.100

    Remote Port
    123

Hope this helps some to get their feet wet.

    Regards
    George

Yes, thanks. I had this rule on Sygate (advanced rules) for so long, I forgot I would even need to add it! CHUCK
