Update to Remote Admin Console v1.0.9 - unable to install clients now

    After upgrading RAC from v1.0.6 to v1.0.9, i hven been unble to make uninstall/installs of NOD32 on clients pcs on the network.

    what migh be the problem here?

    Like to add the error we get when trying to install NOD32 packeage to a client.

    'Could not install NOD32 installer onto target computer (SC error code 11, GLE error code 1726)'

    Added: looking at other forum posts related to this, a solution doesnt seem to have been posted for those.

    Error 1726 is related to RPC. Just in case, have you tried restarting the RAS service?

    hello.

    i've the same problem.
    You restart the RAS from the one who have the remote admin controle or the client's one ?
    i don't realy want to touch the services on the server since there is no one near him to reboot it.
