update problems

recently downloaded spyblaster, seemed to go ok, but when i update it freezes near end of download. any similar experiences and suggestions

There could be a number of reasons why you are not able to update SpywareBlaster, but maybe reading through this thread might help resolve the problem:

Hi,

Do you mean the progress bar simply stops a portion of the way through when downloading the actual updates? (This screen shows estimated time remaining and the download speed.)

Or does it freeze when checking to see if any updates are available? (The first progress bar, which usually goes so quickly it flashes past.) Could you take a screenshot of the frozen update process?

Have you verified your firewall isn't interfering?

(Also, please check those links posted above by puff-m-d - especially the first one. )
