update folder

I bought a nod av licence for my daughter. V3 dont work well on his pc so i will change for v2.7 . Problem is that she has only a 56K connection.

Can i copy C:\Program Files\ESET\updfiles from my pc/nod v2.7 and paste it in her pc instead of update by internet ? It is very long to download many update just after a nod install with a 56K connection

No. However, the update shouldn't take that long, even with a 56K connection.

 

Sorry, the last time it was v2.7 itself, estimated time 30 minutes i think. Next time i will have it in my usb key , no need to download

V3 Signature Files Are Different From V2
IN V3 Main Engine Name Is em002_32
But In V2 Engine Name Is nod32.000
They Are Different In Size
You Have To Update V2 From Internet
I Have Also Dialup No Problem
Only First Time NOD32 Download 8MB OR 9MB After That Updates Are 100KB or 200KB
