Update error

    Here is the message error: Error occurred while updating program modules (Cannot replace the current file. Check the system TEMP and TMP variables.)
    I checked the TEMP and TMP variables and everything seems to be ok.
    What's wrong?
    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you very much Snowbound.
    I discovered that the TEMP folder was inexistant in C:\WINDOWS
    I created the TEMP folder and everything is working fine again.
