Not sure if anybody out there encountered where the update and computer scan menu item is not available or missing. Problem is resolve if I uninstall and reinstall any version of the client again. Or run a repair & reboot. I'm running server 2003 R2 with ESET v4.2.35. NOD32 is set to advanced mode. I don't think I can custom package to exclude Update/Computer Scan options. Below is an attached screenshot showing the missing menu items... Since this is occuring on a lot of our 2003 servers,...I would like to prevent this from occuring again so we don't have to schedule a down time for the servers to reboot after running a repair/reinstall.
