Unknown virus

Does any of you know the name of the virus as described here http://groups.google.com/groups?q=CNSMIN.DLL&hl=nl&lr=&ie=UTF-8&selm=VEUx8.1589%24lA2.144825%40news.xtra.co.nz&rnum=1
Or even better a tool to remove the virus and its consequences.

It is not a virus..people download it and use it..but it does have spyware in it .

Go here to get rid of it and you can snoop around the site..They will not hurt you
