Uninstall NOD32 in Safe Mode

    My Windows XP Pro machine hangs when booting into real mode. Event viewer shows a failure to load easdrv. I need to uninstall NOD32 to check a theory but it is impossible in real mode since the system hangs. I have scanned for every possible type of malware and have found none. I have checked the integrity of the hard drive and scanned the RAM for errors. All peripherals are on board and I can't remove them.
