    Hello,

    The solution is very simple - not allow admin rights to users.

    And if you must let them admin away - then create group policies for some 20-30 most popular apps, both by name, path, hash and whatever, and distribute them via startup scripts.

    And even if this does not work, simply make a physical audit once a month and fire anyone who has a p2p program installed.
