Since installing Acronis True Image, my Windows XP system indicates that I have approx. 10 GB of unallocated space on my hard Drive [C]. Not sure what this means. My computer came with 40 GB [actually about 38GB]hard drive. Now it shows 10GB used, 18.8 GB free, for a total of 29GB.What has happened to the other 10GB?
Would the 'system restore' in Windows XP account for some of it? What about the Acronis program? [I also have Norton's 'Go Back' program installed].
Or is there something else going on?

    Hello kimjor,

Thank you for choosing Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).

Could you please navigate to "Start" -> "Control Panel" -> "Administrative Tools" -> "Computer Management" -> "Disk Management", maximize the screen and create the screenshot of the screen. After that please send Acronis Report (please see https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317 for the instructions) and the screenshot you created to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread.

    Thank you.
