I got the FBI ransomware trojan. ESET NOD32 missed it and I had a tech guy working on my machine to get rid of it. He did, using Malwarebytes. In the process, however, my ESET was corrupted and I believe some files were removed. I am trying to reinstall but the process stops saying the source file is unavailable, and then that the older version of ESET is not uninstallable. My machine is running Win7Home. The unavailable source location is: \\220.127.116.11\apps\1ST\ESET 4.2\ It tells me to browse and find the right location, but I have no idea where that would be. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you! c.
