At first I was unable to run the .msi file.
Then I found it seemed to work if I changed the .msi to .MSI.
Seemed to install but would never advance past the splash screen.

I downloaded and installed a fresh copy of windows installer and after much effort got it properly registered.

I downloaded again from my registered products page and double clicked the .msi file.
The installer came up asking what I wanted to do and I checked "repair"
It seemed to be doing *something*.

Unfortunately it still just gets as far as the splash screen which goes away when you click on it.

    Any suggestions?

    Roy.

I have loaded Hard Disk Manager 2011 onto a Win 2000 SP4 box with no problem. In Win 2000 changing the case of a file name should make no difference to access to the file. Perhaps there are things happening not caused by Paragon's files?
