I'm trying to remove the 30 day trial and cannot do so. It just says that it needs to access a system resource - which seems to be the .msi file that was used for set-up.

    Suggestions?

    (I'm running Vista Ultimate + SP1)

Re-download, reinstall NOD. Reboot and uninstall.

Are you logged in as an Administrator?

Try right clicking the uninstall icon and see if you can select "Run as Administrator".

I am logged in as an administrator and that doesn't work.

It just tell me that the older version cannot be uninstalled and that I should contact my technical support group.

    Hello,

check, if Windows Installer service is enabled through services.msc. If yes, download MS Cleanup and try use it.
