Unable to re-install PrivacyExpert 2003 after formating

    When attempting to re-install my program the wiszard will not accept the serial number and move to "next." Any suggestions?? ---Dan

    Hello rrand2330,

    Please create a screen shot of the installation step with the "Next" button greyed (and the serial number entered) and send it to us along with your purchase information (i.e. purchase e-mail, serial number etc.).

Please don't forget to send the link to this thread along with gathered information. This would allow us to investigate the problem and help you with the solution.
