I am unable to connect to my remote machine.
I use the IP address but get a permissions error. "Username or Password is incorrect"
Which username and password is it looking for?
I can't edit the registry on the remote machine because the hard drive is blank.
I am using True Image Workstation 9.1 build 3887 with XP pro.
I have searched the other threads before posting this one, but none of the solutions I tried worked for me.

    Thanks.

When you say the hard drive on the remote computer is "blank" do you mean that there is no operating system installed on that computer? If so, the computer would be unbootable, and there would be no way for any other computer to communicate with it.

    Hello remaustin,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Workstation Disk Backup Software.

Please note that you can enter random symbols in user name and password fields to connect to the Acronis True Image Bootable Agent.

    Thank you.
