Try to apt-get the rpm package manager ( apt-get install rpm)
then try installing it again, that seemed to work for me

    Hello xusnbb,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

First of all, please make sure you use the latest build (3718 ) of Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server. You can find the build number in the Help -> About dialog (it should be a 3 or 4 digit number). To get access to updates you should first register your software.

Please also do as bobcat suggested and make sure that rpm database is initialized.

If the issue persists, please submit a request for technical support. Describe the step-by-step actions you took before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
