Anybody tried Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander? It feels much stable to me than what I expected. Also seed wise it's much faster than 12.04.

Running it is a VM, seems a very stable beta.
Looking at the release note its very much a refinement of 13.04, no major new features so I would think it would be stable.

And you know what this one works better out of the box than 12.04 LTS. For one they fixed the network manager problem with Realtek WiFi cards. I used to get constantly disconnected from my internet and now everything works perfectly.
    Im really loving build 13.10.

Well. UEFI secure boot works out of the box, and the new wallpapers are really pretty... OTOH Unity is still sluggish as ever (even on my 3.4 GHz workstation).

Fortunately, standalone window managers still exist.
