Are there any tweaks that can disable these two things:

1 How to disable the "dotted outline" that will appear in applications and websites? It will appear when you click on a link, or click on a button in certain apps.

2 How to disable "wrap long icon titles"?

    TIA ;)

    Hello,
About no.1, I don't follow you. Care to elaborate?

for 1, open up regedit, go to:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics

    then set "IconTitleWrap" to 1.

im not sure about number 2. the dotted outline shows when u select things, click on check marks or ratio buttons, regular buttons etc.

Thanks for the help, but it really does not work. It looks like you can not disable it. About nr 2, the thing is, sometimes it does not appear, and then suddenly the dotted outline appears again. But I think it´s ugly (though sometimes useful), and it´s really a shame that MS does not provide a way to turn it off. o_O

    Hi, Rasheed187

They are [the dotted outlines] to show you where you are when using the Keyboard [not using the mouse] to manoeuvre with.

    Take Care,
