two common errors after NOD scan

hi

i've been reading the forums on common errors one can get during an NOD scan (am a bit new to this, so apologies for using terms incorrectly - i hope by summarizing am not hijack logging??). Following error types have not been adequately answered ..i have restarted NOD in safe mode and i still get these errors --

1) "incorrect CRC checksum, the file may be damaged" -- should i worry about this?

2) C:\Documents and Settings\PHANI\Local Settings\Temp\GLB3FC0.tmp »WISE »WISE0132.DLL - archive damaged
for the second error, i thought i would manually delete the file but when i go to look for it, i cannot find it -- i view all hidden files and can view hte folder -- but i still cannot find it.

about that second stuff, its a installer temp file, which has been left off
because of an uncompleted installation,
run a good disk cleaning software and you should get rid of it,
have u tried CCLEANER

also are u seeing superhidden files??
