I don't use it but based my opinion on screenshots. I think this program is primarily intended to tweak OS for increased lifetime of SSD, not make system noticeably faster.
Yes, that's exactly what its designed for. I've installed it before, but didn't like the tweaks it wanted to apply, so uninstalled it straight away.
