Trying to edit a scheduled job in True Image home - losing selections

    Any time we try to edit an existing scheduled job in True Image Home 2009, the selections are gone. We have to reselect everything again.

    I spoke with a tech in a chat session - they asked for screen shots and to contact tech support directly. They lost the information and asked us to fill out the request again, so I'm seeing if you guys have any info.

    See attachments. Not very helpful, but you can see an existing job with no selections.
