I'm can't create an image file! I can create a boot CD, I can create a Secure Zone, but when I go through the Create Image Wizard everything works OK untilI hit the Proceed button. I then get the Commit Pending Operations window, but nothing happens, and I mean nothing, no progress bar, nothing...
Task Manager shows TrueImage.exe using 0% CPU and System Idle Process at 98% (I've disabled Adwatch and PC-Cillin). I've tried backing up to a DVD-RW, Secure Zone partition and a C drive directory, same result.
I am missing something obvious or whato_O any help greatly appreciated.
I'm using a Dell Dimension 4550, Win XP Home

In Task Manager, can you see a TrueImageServices.exe task?
If so, end the task and try again.

    Hello Maljam55,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

First of all, please make sure you use the latest (903) build, which is available on our web site at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/. To get access to updates you should register your software first at http://www.acronis.com/my/products/registration/. Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download.

If the problem persists please let us know whether the following processes are running:
    schedhlp.exe
    schedul2.exe

    Thank you.

I had the same problem. I did a complete uninstall and re-install of TI. Works fine after the reinstall

Forgot to mention...I didn't download the latest build, using a much older build.
