Trueimage not detecting Seagate Sata

Has anybody seen a problem with Trueimage detecting Seagate 7200.8
Sata drives. Theses are the new drives that are full Sata no bridge chips.
I have tried a 200 gig and a 250 gig drive. The Trueimage 8 Ent. server
rescue disk won't detect the drive in full mode but detects it in safe mode.
But using safe mode we can't see our firewire backup drive. We have tried the latest build with no luck.

We are using Shuttle Xpc's with Nforce chipset Athlon 64 single drive, no raid.
We have about 25 with more on the way.

Sorry one more point. We tried a maxtor 250 gig Sata and I was detected
fine. So it looks like the Nforce3 Sata contoller works fine. Must be
something with the Seagate drives.
