Truecrypt & Returnil, etc.

I thought I would post here about an issue I have been looking in to. I don't want to double-post, so I am going to just point you to the link. It makes sense my original post being in the light virtualization thread, but I have a feeling those of us with privacy at top-of-mind might be able to best answer this question (not to mention more possible users of TrueCrypt). If some of you could take a look, I'd be most grateful. It began as one question and has morphed into people questioning the use of light virtualization with system encryption at all.

Any that could take a look and offer relevant thoughts, it would be most appreciated.
