Truecrypt & Ironkey Personal

Hi Guys,

I have recently encrypted my hdd and set up my system so I have a decoy and hidden systems.
When I tried to install my Ironkey into my hidden system it showed an an autorun inf and basically wouldn't let me proceed with the set-up. I then re-booted and went into the decoy system and went through the set-up okay. I can't understand this, am I correct in thinking the hidden is a duplicate of the decoy and so my Ironkey should work on both systems.
